Guest Policies and Guidelines
We encourage all guests to review our policies before reserving a stay. Clear expectations help ensure a smooth visit and support the quiet, low-density environment we maintain throughout the property, allowing everyone to enjoy comfortable accommodations and the surrounding Williams landscape.
OUR POLICIES
The Moon Hotel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations prior to 14 days of the arrival will entitle you to a refund. Failure to cancel prior to 14 days will necessitate a charge for the full booking.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
All efforts will be made to have your accommodation cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not arrive before the check in time. If arriving outside of check-in times, please contact us to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest. Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be
charged a late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond the checkout time.
We are not responsible for personal belongings in tents.; We do provide locks for the tent doors but recommend keeping any valuables in your car.
No Personal Campfires Allowed.; due to the extreme fire risk in Northern Arizona we do NOT allow personal wood burning campfires. When fire restrictions are not in place we will have a communal wood burning campfire. There are also several small communal propane fire-pits around the property for your use, these can be used during fire restrictions.
We are a smoke free property; Due to the extreme fire danger smoking is not permitted on our property. Vaping outside away from other guests is allowed, please do not vape inside the tents and be courteous of other guests.
Well behaved pets (2 maximum) are allowed in designated accommodations.There is a pet fee of $25 per pet, per stay. Pets must be leashed at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended in tents, if you are going out for the day you must bring your pet with you.
